Once payment is made for an order, it can't be cancelled. This is because once payment is made, the book is sent to your email immediately, and also available in your account for download.

To cancel an order, pls follow theses steps below:

1. From your account, click on my orders
2. Click on show details on the order you wish to Cancel
3. Click on cancel order button to cancel the shipping of that order
